What a Sunday morning at MountainHouse looks like

A Warm Welcome

As you arrive, our welcome team will greet you and help you feel at home. Grab a free coffee and check in your kids before the service begins.

Worship Together

We start our time with worship, lifting up the name of Jesus together through music and praise. Kids will be dismissed to their classes following worship.

God's Word

You’ll hear a message from the Bible that’s meant to encourage and strengthen you spiritually, emotionally, and practically.

Connection

After service, many people stick around to connect, meet our leaders, and learn about next steps at MountainHouse. Be sure to pick up your kids before heading out.

Next Gen

MountainHouse Kids

Our kids ministry is more than childcare. It’s a place where children are discipled in the Word of God. We partner with parents to help kids grow in their faith and learn to follow Jesus. Kids meet every Sunday at 10:00 AM during the main service, starting in worship with the church before heading to age-appropriate classrooms for teaching. Please check your kids in before service. We’d love to walk alongside your family as you raise kids who know and love Christ.

Youth

Our youth ministry serves middle school and high school students and is designed to help them grow in their relationship with God while building healthy friendships. Each week, students experience worship, biblical teaching, small groups, games, and time to connect (yes, pizza included). Youth meets every Wednesday at 6:30 PM. There is no youth service on Sundays. Students are encouraged to join the main service and worship alongside their families.

"I love MountainHouse Church! Here's why: Jesus is head of this church, members are genuine and loving, messaging is consistent to what God is speaking to me and I feel like family!"
Tari Perry Batkin
"Yesterday was my 3rd time going to Mountain house Church. I’am new to town and was hoping to meet people. Everyone was so friendly. It was not awkward or scary. The worship was powerful and the pastor was funny and spoke straight from the Bible. For me I look for 3 things 1 -a Holy Spirit experience through great worship 2- going away at the end of service with more insight into the word of God then I came with ,and finally, a loving church family that welcomed me and I didn’t feel invisible. I also went to the woman’s Bible study and loved it. I would say if your looking for a church to join or just visit, this is a place to find Jesus 🙏"

"We are so thankful to have found this church during our visit to Tahoe. Everyone we met was so kind and friendly. The worship team was awesome! We were also very impressed by all the opportunities to get involved, connect with others, and offered classes. The Pastor gave an amazing sermon which truly inspired and moved us! What an incredible teacher, staff and team they have on site! Couldn't say enough good things about MountainHouse Church! If we are ever back in town, we know where we'll be going!"
